Please read these terms carefully before using our services
1. Booking Terms
1.1 Advance Booking
All airport cab bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance for domestic flights and 4 hours for international flights.
1.2 Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight details, pickup/drop addresses, and contact information.
2. Pricing and Payments
2.1 Fare Calculation
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, and time of service. Airport transfers include 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
2.2 Additional Charges
Additional charges apply for tolls, parking, and any additional waiting time beyond the free period (₹100 per 15 minutes).
2.3 Payment Methods
Payment can be made online at the time of booking or in cash to the driver.
3. Cancellation Policy

4. Service Guarantee
4.1 On-Time Guarantee
We guarantee on-time pickup for airport drops when booked with the recommended advance notice.
4.2 Flight Monitoring
For airport pickups, we monitor flight status and adjust pickup times accordingly for delayed flights.
4.3 Service Failure Protection
In case of service failure, we will refund the full fare or provide alternative transportation.
